This device worked wonders with me! I've been battling cervicogenic dizziness for 4 years. I was going to buy the Saunders unit but opted to give this one a try. Works great. I'm not kidding...eliminated my muscle pain which clearly was due to pinched nerve in neck. This unit does wonders unpinching. May not work for everyone but in my case, life changer.

I have suffered from neck pain for many years; cervical spondylosis and bulging discs. I used to do decompression therapy at the chiropractor. My chiropractor moved away and nobody had the same equipment around here. Then I found this and I wish I had found it sooner. It's nice to get some relief again. It's not a multi-thousand-dollar professional machine, but it does work well for me. My neck still hurts, and I know I'll just live with that, but it's a lot more tolerable with using this regularly. Yes, it was expensive, but it was money well spent!

My physical therapist uses this exact traction machine. Great for home use. Easy to use. It has really helped being able to have traction at home instead of just waiting for my next appointment.

I've used it twice and it seems to do the job. Definitely feel the stretch. I have to get used to the pressure on my occipital bones with this but it stretches without messing up my TMJ which is a good thing. Neck felt better after using. I'll have to do it everyday for a month or so to get a longer-lasting benefit. I like that it works very similarly to the ones in the PT's office.

I've been using this cervical traction device for days and have noticed a real difference in my neck tension. It's easy to use, feels sturdy, and gives a gentle but effective stretch. The design supports the neck well without discomfort, and the included travel bag is a nice touch for storing or taking it on the go. It's been helpful for managing pinched nerves and stiffness. Overall, very satisfied with the quality and results.

We have used this on my husband since the first day and he says it works very well and relieves a lot of his neck pressure. The machine itself was easy to use and the directions are also easy to follow. The traction unit is able to adjust at an incline or to lay flat. You can control the amount of pressure with the dial, which is able to be held in your hand while using the device. Very well made and easy to control at the touch of your hand.

About Saunders® cervical home traction

The Saunders® Cervical Home Traction Device is a clinical-style traction unit designed for home use. It is built for people whose clinician has recommended cervical traction as part of conservative care — for neck discomfort, stiffness, or nerve-related symptoms — and who want a reliable way to follow that routine outside the clinic.

Clinical control, in a portable unit

The patented pneumatic system maintains accurate force during each session, and the easy-to-read pressure gauge lets you monitor traction clearly. That control matters: cervical traction shouldn't feel improvised. The device is simple enough for daily use, but precise enough to support a consistent routine.

Designed for safety and comfort

Force is directed to the back of the head — not through the chin or jaw — helping spare the temporomandibular joint from unnecessary compression. A blow-off safety valve helps limit excessive force, and patented self-adjusting neck wedges create a secure fit without complicated setup. There's no assembly required, and the device arrives ready to use.

Ongoing cervical traction at a clinic can become expensive and inconvenient. The Saunders® unit is a practical home option for patients who follow a traction routine as part of their care plan. It does not replace professional diagnosis or treatment guidance — it is best used as part of a plan recommended by a qualified healthcare provider.
